We are a leading solar cell and module manufacturer based in India, operating advanced facilities with 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity.

We have opportunities in the Cell Process (Manufacturing) department at our Fabcity location.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis of electrical parameters, process parameters (SPC) using MS-Excel and Mini-TAB.
  • Preparing and executing experimental plans, DOEs and submitting analysis reports.
  • Supporting various documentation activities such as preparing PFDs, WI, SOPs, MQPs, SPCs, RMRs, different guidelines, ISO documents and others related documents.
  • Coordinating with Production/Process/Quality/Maintenance/PPC/Project/Utility departments for various cross-functional activities.
  • Developing standards & operating procedures for equipment & modern skills for achieving excellence in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers & customers.
  • Manpower management and shift schedule preparation.
  • To identify the need and train operators, GETs, Engineers for technical (Solar Cell Technology, Process, SPC, 5S,) and safety procedures of plant, machinery & personnel to maintain production/process standards and quality control.
  • Implementing quality standards and structured processes/internal process control for manufacturing operations of equipment and standard products ensuring accomplishment business goals across the assigned business unit.
  • Responsible for new process integration (NPI) for PERC & Bifacial.
  • Efficiency improvement as per roadmap & developing processes for new technologies Selective Emitter, PERC Bifacial , Topcon.
  • Analyzing possibilities of continuous improvement in solar cell efficiency, quality & implementation of various cost reduction programs.

Requirements:

  • Full-time B.Tech (ECE, Chemical, renewables) degree with 60% and above.
