Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solar Cell Operations Manager to drive excellence in our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process optimization, and team leadership.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve electrical parameter efficiency
  • Create and execute experimental plans, design of experiments (DOEs), and submit detailed analysis reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Develop standards and operating procedures for equipment and processes
  • Manage manpower and prepare shift schedules
  • Train operators on technical and safety procedures
  • Implement quality standards and structured processes for manufacturing operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the solar cell industry
  • Full-time B.Tech degree with 60% or above
  • Excellent data analysis skills using MS-Excel and Mini-Tab
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
