Solar Cell Process Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Cell Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of solar cells, ensuring high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the solar cell production process to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (ECE, Chemical, or related field) with 5+ years of experience in solar cell manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of process Lab tools, including 4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC, and EL Testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
