Solar Module Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Module Maintenance Manager to oversee the end-to-end maintenance operations of our solar module manufacturing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as experience in managing critical spare inventory and procurement planning.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans for critical equipment, including stringers, laminators, and testing devices.
- Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement root cause analysis, FMEA, and CAPA to reduce failures.
- Improve mean time between failure (MTBF) and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by standardizing maintenance procedures and spare management.
- Manage vendor performance and service reliability for timely support and delivery.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate with production, quality, and EHS teams to plan maintenance shutdowns and improvements.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable institution, as well as 5-8 years of experience in solar module manufacturing process industries.
