Role Overview

  • This is an Inside Sales role where you will be responsible for driving sales growth through relentless prospecting, cold calling, and maintaining an extensive network of contacts.
  • You will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities, closing deals, and providing unparalleled customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Inside Sales: Build trust with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads to secure lucrative business deals.
  • Prospecting & Research: Uncover hidden gems of opportunities using industry knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel, ensuring seamless lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Staying Ahead of Competition: Stay updated on market conditions, industry developments, and emerging trends to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B corporate sales, preferably dealing with Marketing Heads and Chief Marketing Officers.
  • Prior experience working in a team environment, with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Brand and Marketing Managers, Decision Makers in Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Banking, and other sectors.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
