Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Tekskills Inc. in Bangalore (Garvebhavi Palya). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and sales execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, client interactions, and performance metrics to inform future business strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.

Salary and Benefits
