Senior Insurance Partnership Development Manager

This is a dynamic role within Liberty Data Analytics, requiring an experienced professional to oversee strategic partnerships in the insurance domain.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a robust governance framework, encompassing performance management and effective communication with stakeholders.
Track progress, monitor offshore delivery, and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
Foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners.
Ensure correct invoicing, transformation benefits, operational efficiencies, and quality delivery by vendors as per contractual agreements.
Talent Management:
Design and implement training programs to cater to various skill sets across P&C domains.
Support staffing and hiring needs for the offshore team and manage backfill requirements.
Develop rewards and recognition frameworks to engage employees.
Strategy and Transition Management:
Identify business opportunities in global markets related to outsourcing, conduct feasibility analyses, and set up initiatives.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in account and delivery management and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Provide consultancy to offshore/onshore managers to drive successful transitions and offshoring benefits.
Requirements:
A master's degree in business administration from a top-tier institute, preferably with higher education in P&C insurance.
10+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in end-to-end offshore insurance/reinsurance F&A, finance operations, and underwriting life cycle management.
5+ years of experience in people, project, transformation, governance, and program management.
Strong MS Office skills, including storyboarding using MS PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Advance Excel, SQL, R, Python, and visualization platforms such as Power BI would be advantageous.
