Central Support Team Leader

The Central Support Team Leader is a pivotal role accountable for ensuring the seamless daily operations of assigned sellers. This entails monitoring daily performance metrics, providing on-site support to sellers and conducting audits, managing stakeholders both within and outside the organization, implementing new processes, and overseeing central control centers.

  • Monitor the efficient functioning of assigned seller sites via calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
  • Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for timely operation execution.
  • Respond to associate queries in real-time, providing education to achieve first contact resolution and excellent seller experience.
  • Drive efficiency through daily floor observations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for seller escalations and issues.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of seller cases/associate activities for performance on quality scorecards and provide coaching to improve performance.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time-management skills and work independently using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with partner teams for contingency management and holiday planning.
  • Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes to enhance Seller experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as seller support, Business team, and program team, for faster issue resolution.
  • Creation of monthly node-level distribution, roster management to execute daily staffing plans.
  • Prepare various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
