Job Title: Operational Efficiency Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations and drive efficiency. As an Operational Efficiency Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing resources, developing strategies, and implementing processes to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, developing, and deploying resources strategically to meet workload plans and growth objectives
  • Anticipating workforce adaptations and developing competencies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Driving collaboration and continuous improvement within the team to enhance productivity and quality
  • Implementing and refining processes to achieve objectives, focusing on cost savings and improved efficiency
  • Building strong relationships with customers and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and strategic planning
  • Minimum of 12 years of technical experience in Process Engineering, with expertise in manufacturing or engineering in the railway or heavy engineering industry
  • Proven track record of managing teams and global stakeholders, with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with ALM, maintenance activities, and integrated service readiness, with a strong understanding of customer needs and service depot or production environments
  • Desirable: Masters degree in a relevant field, with additional qualifications in business management or strategic planning
