Job Overview

A Process Improvement Coordinator is needed to support business operations, data-driven decision-making, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across teams.

This role involves improving processes, supporting the Professional Services, DevOps, and Product teams in running core business processes, coordinating recurring operational processes, and driving small internal change & improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, business analysis, or change management, with a background in the IT sector, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, or Azure DevOps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting professional services, DevOps, and product teams in running core business processes (e.g., project portfolio, budgets, resources, asset management, CRM/ERP).
  • Coordinating recurring operational processes to ensure data quality and business continuity.
  • Driving small internal change & improvement projects – from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Acting as an administrator for internal systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools).
  • Preparing clear reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, business analysis, or change management.
  • Background in the IT sector, with experience in CRM/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, or Azure DevOps is a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Degree/diploma in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Project/Change Management are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (other languages a bonus).
