Job Title:
Program Manager, Operational EfficiencyAs a Program Manager, Operational Efficiency, you will lead various projects for workforce management and operations, directly impacting cost, service level agreements, and customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be for functions within the organization owning end-to-end service delivery and headcount utilization.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project timelines.
- Partner with teams to communicate dependencies and manage changes or deviations to plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, Vendors, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, and Finance.
- Fully leverage existing technology, including global standardization of reporting.
- Analyze variances in vendor operational performance and develop corrective action plans.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making, taking ownership, and delivering results in a leadership role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
