Job Overview

The PEO Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team of operations specialists to deliver timely results and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Documentation and Process Design: Develop and revise documentation to support team success, ensuring seamless execution of operations and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including standups, KPI reporting, and tooling improvements, to maintain optimal performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Escalation Management and Communication: Effectively manage escalations, communicate with customers and internal teams, and resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive tool improvements and compliance, fostering a collaborative environment that supports mutual growth and success.
  • Issue Resolution and Customer Satisfaction: Resolve complex issues, drive customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for process and automation improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement process and automation fixes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including legal, support, and others, to achieve organizational objectives and drive business success.
