Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships
