Marketing & Data Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing & Data Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing campaigns, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to engage with clients, leveraging various tools and platforms for effective outreach.
  • Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in executing email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional drives to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts and maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed reports for management review to inform future strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in mass mailing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, etc.).
