Practice Lead for Executive Search

The Practice Lead for Executive Search is a strategic business leader who will be responsible for the financial performance and growth of our Executive Search practice. They will lead business development efforts, build client relationships, and identify and recruit top-level executives to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the executive search industry, as well as exceptional business acumen, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven executive search solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Lead business development efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our Executive Search practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide customized executive search solutions.
  • Identify, source, and recruit top-level executives who meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to stay ahead of the competition and maintain a strong market presence.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of the executive search industry, talent acquisition strategies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is highly preferred, but not required.
