ERP Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead and execute ERP implementation activities during organizational transitions, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement ERP processes for separation, including account inactivation, company code closure, and data extraction strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define divestiture scope and ensure business and compliance alignment.
- Finance Module Expertise:
- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
- Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements.
Data Migration & Integration:
- Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement security measures using All Out tools.
- Generate and review sensitive access and firefighting ID reports.
Documentation & Training:
- Prepare as-is/to-be process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
- Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
- Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
