Infor ERP Development Specialist

As a seasoned Infor-LN/Baan ERP Development specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to support clients migrating from LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 (Multisite), Independent GAPs, and other projects. Your expertise in architecting solutions and collaborating with functional people/process experts will be crucial in understanding new requirements and addressing issues in depth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement scalable solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project requirements.
- Liaise between clients and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work with offshore leads to ensure delivery commitments and forecast capacity.
- 7+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP Development and enhancements.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating directly with clients on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, and liaising activities.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Basic understanding/exposure to Infor products such as Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, and Info SCS Planner.
- Experience with Solumina MES application.
- Technical certification in Infor ERP is a plus.
