About the Role:

  • Configure Oracle SCM Functional modules to align with business processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations, driving project success.
  • Lead the upgrade project and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM Functional module, providing expertise and guidance.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and troubleshoot issues during project cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation, empowering users to maximize system benefits.
  • Serve as the SME for Oracle ERP best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success, driving collaboration and communication.
  • Offer hypercare support, providing ongoing assistance and expertise to ensure continued success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong expertise in one or more Oracle SCM Functional modules, with a deep understanding of business process flows.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL and reporting tools like BI, with a solid understanding of data analytics.
