ERP Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in enterprise software implementation and customization, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy ERP systems on client infrastructure, including on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid environments.
  • Configure system modules using metadata-driven setup tools and YAML/JSON templates.
  • Set up integration endpoints and authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML).
  • Develop lightweight scripts or plugins using JavaScript, SQL, or Python for client-specific workflows.
  • Create validation rules, automation scripts, and business logic extensions using the company's scripting engine.
  • Integrate ERP with third-party systems (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways, warehouse systems) using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform API testing and data mapping for seamless interoperability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle: installation, customization, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server); ability to write efficient queries, joins, views.
  • Exposure to Linux-based environments and command-line operations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts.
  • Working knowledge of API integration using tools like Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho, TallyPrime, or in-house ERP platforms).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline.
