Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new projects.

As a key member of our team, you will devise concepts and strategies for specific ventures and monitor their progress. You will implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that reaches customers.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects, meeting customer expectations and driving sustainable growth in the luxury hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage communication strategies for our account portfolio.
  • Prepare quarterly communication strategy decks to be presented to clients.
  • Create tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
  • Lead key campaigns for our account portfolio.
  • Facilitate brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Establish brand standards and create procedures to ensure all communications are aligned.
  • Lead brand immersion exercises for our account portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' digital experience, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
