Job Description:

The Strategic Communication Leader drives our team's efforts in crafting innovative communication solutions for clients. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

This senior point of contact works closely with internal teams, external partners, and client CXOs to bring strategies to life across traditional and digital platforms.

The Strategic Communication Leader plays a crucial role in building the firm's visibility and business by developing compelling pitches and nurturing client relationships at high levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and grow client relationships through regular advocacy and crisis management when needed.
  2. Translate overall strategies into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for clients
  4. Build/improve relationship with senior journalists and influencers
  5. Oversee development and maintenance of a national media universe for all clients
  6. Guide team members in tracking news trends and pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  7. Drive new business opportunities through client pitches focused on social and digital strategy, investigative research, campaign analytics, and media monitoring.
  8. Directs client retention, improvement of Client Satisfaction Score & servicing cost management of client portfolio
  9. Coaches and mentors a team of highly engaged individuals
  10. Strong network of media contacts and understanding of B2B / B2C technology landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism from a reputed institute or MBA in Marketing
  2. 10 - 13 Years' experience in a PR Agency
