Digital Marketing Manager Role

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our digital presence, manage social media and content, execute data-driven campaigns, and drive brand growth and engagement. We're looking for a strategic and creative professional passionate about digital marketing and brand building.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing a strategic social media content calendar across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) to strengthen brand positioning, creating and curating compelling, high-quality content (text, image, video), such as social media posts, sales and product collateral etc, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, planning, designing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media ads etc) and monitoring their performance to optimize ROI, maximizing search engine optimization (SEO) for all content from website to social media posts, managing on-page and off-page SEO efforts and overseeing search engine marketing campaigns to improve online visibility, running events/webinars to engage prospects and clients while positioning the company as an industry leader, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting dashboards, monitoring social media conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering an active online community, maintaining and updating website content using a CMS (e.g. WordPress), ensuring it is current and SEO-friendly, and defining, implementing, and enforcing branding guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and offline assets. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and campaign results is a significant plus.
