Job Overview

The role of a Digital Marketing Manager involves overseeing the organization's online presence, managing social media platforms, and executing data-driven campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement.

  • Key responsibilities include developing strategic social media content calendars, creating compelling content across various formats, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing their performance for maximum ROI.
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics, as well as proficiency with design tools for creating social media graphics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a social media content calendar that strengthens brand positioning.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including social media posts, sales collateral, case studies, white papers, blogs, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
  • Plan, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns and monitor their performance to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Maximize search engine optimization (SEO) for all content from website to social media posts, manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts, and oversee search engine marketing campaigns to improve online visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media management platforms, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with design tools for creating social media graphics.
