Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of annual financial plans and analyze expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Oversee long-term financial planning processes.
  • Ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy and oversee reporting processes.
  • Manage operational financial controls, including revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking.
  • Work with business to understand pipeline impact on forecast, supported by CRM data.
  • Manage complex financial data.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to local Market Financial Director, providing financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modeling and analysis.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
  • Challenge and influence operational stakeholders to meet or exceed financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • Should be (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification.
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
