Job Summary

We seek an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and AMS support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident, Ticket, Change Request, and Change Management process experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to suggest innovative solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP programs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong exposure to Financial Accounting: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
  • FICO integration knowledge with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
