Senior Planning and Budgeting Specialist

As a Senior Planning and Budgeting Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle PBCS engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.

This role involves partnering with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions. You will design and build comprehensive planning models for financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.

You will also configure Oracle Planning applications including metadata imports, forms, and task-flow setup, security model design, and authoring business rules. Additionally, you will integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.

Automating tasks using EPM Automate for command-line scripting, patching, and lifecycle management is also a key aspect of this role.

Professional Requirements:

  • Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.

Key Responsibilities:
