Our organization is seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

  • Manage Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Vendor and Client Management: Ensure timely payment of vendors, clients, and employees, with proper documentation.
  • Statutory Compliance: Timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Financial Optimization: Conduct financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
  • Payment Follow-ups and Receivables/Payables Tracker: Drive payment follow-ups and maintain receivables/payables tracker.
  • ERP and Financial Processes: Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP, SAP, and Excel.
  • Financial Insights: Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred. Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI); proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
