Job Overview

The role of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization. This includes collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization's teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
