Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate/Manager with 7-8 years of experience in fundraising, capital deployment, and deal execution across private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or capital markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong institutional investor relationships and a track record of raising and deploying funds in high-growth sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end fundraising efforts, building and maintaining a network of investment banks, institutional investors, family offices, and PE/VC funds, driving capital deployment strategy, preparing investment memoranda, pitch decks, financial models, and market analyses, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting risk assessments, recommending actionable strategies, collaborating closely with the leadership team on deal sourcing, structuring, and execution, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring investor reporting and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, and investor relations.
  • Proven ability to source and close capital from institutional investors and other funding channels.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with demonstrated connections in investment banking/VC/PE ecosystems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
