The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, resolving queries efficiently and professionally, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in international voice process (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
