Lead a Team of Trainers

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our team of trainers in our international voice process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Effective Training Programs: Develop and implement effective training programs that address the identified needs and expectations.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct induction and orientation sessions, monitor, and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and return on investment periodically.
  • Training Methodologies: Develop/enhance current training methodologies/frameworks, resolve process-related opportunities, and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices, and familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or Deputy Manager Training in an International BPO (Customer Service).
  • Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
