Senior HRIS Administrator Job

As a senior member of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the optimal function of our HRIS. This includes installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and direct ongoing administration of the HRIS, including selection of software and hardware
  • Collaborate with HR business teams globally to understand business problems and provide solutions
  • Maintain and process employee records to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Analyze the organization's HRIS needs and work with vendors and programmers to design system specifications
  • Implement and maintain specially designed HRIS and related policies and procedures to obtain, record, and process employee information
  • Recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the HRIS
  • Review all systems enhancement change requests while providing consultative guidance on best business practices
Requirements:
  • University degree preferred
  • 5 years of work experience required, 7 years preferred
  • Physical requirements: sedentary work
  • Related skills: analytical skills, business process improvement, communication, continuous improvement mindset, data analysis, data management, detail-oriented, group problem-solving, HR operational processes, HR policy implementation, prioritization

This role requires a subject matter expert in human resources information systems, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements, ensuring the HRIS complies with data security and privacy requirements.
