We are seeking skilled professionals to join our support services team in Chennai.
This role involves providing customer-centric voice-based support to UK clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound voice interactions with UK clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address client issues related to services, transactions, or operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UK data protection standards.
- 1-3 years of experience in international customer support, preferably with UK clients.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral tone.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
- Ability to work full-time from the Chennai office.
