Lead Assurance Specialist - Capital Markets

We are seeking an experienced Lead Assurance Specialist to oversee our capital markets assurance team in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the execution of capital markets audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement or risk.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in audit, assurance, or a related field within capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets operations, products, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and audit methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
