Job Title: Senior Test Assurance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Test Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for managing and leading quality assurance activities for software testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead quality assurance activities for software testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables through thorough testing and defect management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test data to support agile delivery models.
  • Mentor peers and ensure effective knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of test management and defect management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in tools such as HP ALM and JIRA, with a strong technical foundation in areas such as manual testing, agile testing methodologies, and database testing.
