Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned software testing professional with 5-8 years of experience in defect tracking, quality assurance, and project leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a keen analytical mindset.

This role requires hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with the ability to lead QA activities for projects and releases alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and validate test cases to ensure software functionality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and release high-quality products on time.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders for comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Perform regression, functional, API, and exploratory testing to ensure product excellence.
  • Participate in automation efforts by identifying automatable scenarios and contributing to the framework when required.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality releases by managing test scope, timelines, and coordination.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid Experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Experience in test automation using Selenium with Python, leveraging BDD frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect tracking processes.
  • Leadership skills to manage QA teams and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
