Senior Test Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead our Verification and Automation team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be adept in testing software products for digital power in a SAFe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, verification, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop efficient test strategies in-line with project constraints.
  • Create and maintain automated test suites using various tools and technologies.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and application engineers to ensure seamless integration of test automation.
  • Develop and execute thorough test plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or telecommunications engineering.
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in manual and automated testing of complex software products.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation processes, test levels, types, and techniques.
  • Experience working with various test automation tools and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
