Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Lead to drive the testing efforts of our software applications.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development life cycles, test automation, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing testing needs
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement automated testing frameworks
  • Maintain and improve existing test automation infrastructure using tools like Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured
  • Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-9 years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on software quality assurance
  • Expertise in test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
