Capital Markets Leadership Opportunity

This role presents a chance to lead capital market transactions, advising clients on equity fundraising strategies and market positioning. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end deal execution, conducting financial analysis, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead Capital Market Transactions:
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies and market positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, ensuring all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct financial analysis and transaction feasibility studies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, merchant bankers, and legal advisors.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Deal Execution Experience: Hands-on experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Relationship Building: Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.
