Capital Markets Executive

Our team seeks a highly skilled Equity Capital Markets professional to join our Investment Banking department. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, providing comprehensive management of ECM analysis, including market updates, precedent equity transaction analysis, investor profiles, valuation, benchmarking, and deal commentary.
- Supporting clients in preparing pitch books and company-focused discussion documents by researching and analysing various types of precedent equity offerings.
- Managing delivery and execution of ECM projects, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder/ownership analysis, IPO comps/analysis, new equity issuance analysis, capital structure analysis, investor analysis and profiles, ECM transaction case studies, industry research, and league tables.
- Ensuring timely project delivery and high client satisfaction through effective project management.
The successful candidate should possess a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as databases such as Factset, Dealogic, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, and Morningstar is also required.
