Job Title: Product Owner – Benefits Technology

We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Product Owner with deep domain expertise in US-based employee benefits, including healthcare (medical, dental, vision), welfare benefits, life plans, and fringe benefit administration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading product lifecycles from vision to delivery, working closely with engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable, compliant, and user-centric benefits platforms.

This role is critical in shaping the future of digital benefits experiences for enterprise clients across healthcare, insurance, and HR tech.

You will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring delivery of high-impact features that drive employee engagement, compliance, and retention.

About the Role:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision), welfare plans, life insurance, and fringe benefit platforms across SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Carriers) to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements for benefits enrollment, eligibility,

  1. Define and deliver product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new benefits platforms and features.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, and Compliance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and direction.
