Job Description

Global organizations are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation and optimization of benefits modules.

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of global benefits across large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
