Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Meerakunj Polymers PVT Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, and develop and implement plans to pursue them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
