Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to develop pricing strategies for sea and air freight services.
- Calculate freight rates based on factors such as shipment size, weight, destination, and mode of transport.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to determine pricing that meets revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring agreements benefit both parties.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance against targets and implement adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, tariffs, and market conditions that could impact pricing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on pricing adjustments and market trends to senior management.
- Support the sales team with pricing information and guidance to facilitate effective client negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0 to 4 years of work experience in pricing within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with specific exposure to sea and air freight operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with pricing software and tools (e.g., TMS, ERP systems) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
