As a Customer Service/Customer Support at Countai Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Business Analysis, English Proficiency (Written), Content Writing, Canva, Report Writing, and Copywriting. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

**Customer Interaction**:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channel.
Build rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.

**Issue Resolution**:
Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds.
Follow-up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or higher-level support as necessary.
Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and suggestions.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and enhance overall efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and management to implement process improvements and best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer support.
Experience in customer support in manufacture company is added advantage.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1- 4 years experience in customer support with product knowledge is added advantage
