**Job Title: Branch Incharge - Two-Wheeler Automobile Showroom**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to develop action plans for improvement.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, including inventory management, display arrangements, and maintenance of the showroom’s aesthetics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage relationships with two-wheeler manufacturers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Maintain and build relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Regularly review customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service quality.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Supervise, coach, and train sales and administrative staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
- **Financial & Compliance Management**:
- Monitor branch financial performance, including sales revenue, profit margins, and operational costs.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales, inventory, and financial metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance with safety and environmental standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales or operations management, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
