B2B Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team at Vortexen Dynamics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads that align with our company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a minimum of 20 qualified B2B leads per day through various channels, including online research, networking, and lead generation tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize lead extraction tools and techniques to identify and qualify potential customers based on specific criteria.
  • Reconfirm and verify lead information to ensure accuracy and maintain data quality.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, including lead quality, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Be familiar with and able to utilize AI-powered tools to enhance lead generation efficiency and accuracy.

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales development.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
