We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the B2B space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the B2B space
  • Develop and deliver presentations, pitches, and proposals to secure new business
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • MBA with Engineering background
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Lead Generation/Customer Acquisition
  • Proven track record of success in handling high-value accounts and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of B2B enterprise software sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel 80-20%
  • Good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Passport required
