About the Role

We are seeking a strategic AI leader to drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage AI to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale AI/digital transformation engagements. They will be responsible for building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders, shaping multi-year AI transformation programs with clear EBITDA impact, and driving account expansion and originating large-scale AI-led transformation deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AI maturity assessments, opportunity mapping, and prioritization workshops.
  • Define enterprise AI strategies across Traditional AI/ML, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Create build vs. buy AI roadmaps leveraging our partner ecosystem.
  • Oversee design and delivery of AI solutions that directly improve margins and unlock growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–18 years in top-tier management consulting or equivalent transformation leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle: data strategy, model development, deployment, MLOps.
  • Understanding of traditional AI/ML and Generative AI.
  • Experience embedding AI into enterprise operations at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the AI technology stack including data ingestion and processing layers, feature stores, model development environments, MLOps pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native AI services.
