About the Role

Key Responsibilities include leading end-to-end development activities in Master Data Management (MDM) tools, with expertise in developing multidomain MDM solutions.

  • Data Quality and Governance: Responsible for ensuring data quality through rules, match and merge strategies, golden records survivorship rules, and match tuning.
  • Integration and Configuration: Proficient in configuring user interfaces using provisioning tools, and experience in working with banking, life science, retail, and manufacturing industry master data.
  • Project Support and Improvement: Extend support to data stewards to improve business processes, assist in MDM support activities, implement and support data loading to the MDM application, and customize MDM solutions.
  • Business Understanding: Deep understanding of business scenarios and converting them to MDM and Reference Data Management (RDM) business logic.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical skills: Hands-on experience in SDLC process like requirement analysis, design, process flows, gap analysis, solution design, and testing.
  • Collaborative mindset: Pro-active in identifying and resolving incidents related to MDM and RDM raised by business teams, managing data governance principles, including development & updating of rules and regulations.
